Adams Eden is our “little bit of heaven on earth.” We love sharing it with our families and renting it to our friends that we know and trust with our home. It is a beach “home”- not a beach house. We have recently redone the entire upstairs to make it comfortable and attractive for our visitors. There is easy access to the beach -just over one house and up the dune. There are two distinct living areas: The main living area upstairs has an open-concept family room, dining room, and kitchen plus 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs has a second living area, a bathroom, a laundry areas, and a “bunk room” that sleeps 5. There is a large deck on the front of the house with plenty of room for sunbathing and a smaller deck in the back of the house for relaxing and feeling the breezes from the bayside. There is a huge sandbox under the house for the kids as well as a grill, an outdoor shower, and lots of clothes line to hang wet bathing suits and towels.
It’s perfect for families to relax and enjoy spending time together. There’s a puzzle table, two flat screen TV’s, DVD players, 2 picnic tables, chairs to lounge in, and a beautiful, wide beach to relax and play on. Since we are on the north end of the beach, there is no public parking so beach traffic is limited to residents or renters. There’s plenty of room to spread out, take walks on the beach, or ride the surf. We know your family will enjoy it as much as four generations of our family has.
